Suggested RanFab system requirements

The settings below describe an ideal install scenario for the best possible performance:

1. Any Windows operating system 64 Bit ( Win10 Pro, Server 2003,2008&2012)
2. Minimum 12GB dedicated RAM 32GB preferred ( this is on top of the current needs of your chosen PC )
3. 4.5Ghz or better CPU multicore. The better the CPU the faster and more accurate the nesting.
4. SSD drives for fast writing speed. ( this contributes a great deal to perceived speed )
5. Communication Ports availability for ports - 616161,8080,9650,9099 - Firewall exceptions need to be added
6. MySQL server (we can install this at no charge). RanFab will also work with MSSQL or Oracle ( requires an additional connector ).
7. Any modern web browser on the user side ( Edge, Firefox, Safari, Chrome )
8. Navicat for scheduled backups. ( you can use other SQL backup tools )
9. TeamViewer for remote access by our support staff.
10. Static IP ( internal ) for local access and optional static external IP/ domain for access via the internet
11. qualified subdomain DNS ( ie. ranfab.yourwebsite.com) and SSL to ensure compatibility for connection to other services.
