- RanFab uses MySQL as the database back end ( support for SQL server and Oracle is available on request). This is a recognised and widely used database which can cope with terabytes of data . We have clients which use RanFab for close to 9 years and they have not reached 300Mb yet . Data is efficiently organised and not duplicated within the database which contributes to an efficient database structure.
